PERFECT CUSHIONS UK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Perfect Cushions UK. Throughout these Terms
and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Perfect Cushions
UK.

By accessing this website, browsing our products or placing an order,
you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy,
Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform
used to sell our products.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using this
website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to
use this website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable
laws.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or suspend access
where fraud, abuse, misuse, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms
is suspected. Headings are provided for convenience only.

SECTION 3 – WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to keep all information accurate but do not warrant that every
description, image or specification is error free. Historic information
is provided for reference only.

SECTION 4 – PRICES

Prices may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may result in
cancellation of an order before dispatch.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS

All cushion covers are handmade to order unless otherwise stated.
Products are individually cut from the fabric roll after your order is
received. Pattern placement naturally varies. Colours may differ due to
screen settings, photography, lighting and dye batches. Measurements are
approximate and may vary by ±1 cm. Unless specifically stated, listings
are for cushion covers only. Cushion inserts are not included. Customers
are encouraged to order fabric samples if colour or texture is
important.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions are provided as guidance only. Unless otherwise
stated, dry cleaning is recommended. We cannot accept liability for
damage caused by washing, cleaning or misuse.

SECTION 7 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right
to refuse or cancel orders because of pricing errors, stock issues,
suspected fraud or other legitimate business reasons.

SECTION 8 – BILLING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment and
contact details.

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING

Estimated dispatch times are displayed on product listings. Delivery
estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a
complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for
delays or costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied
at checkout.

SECTION 10 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with import rules
in their destination country. Import duties, VAT, tariffs, customs fees,
brokerage fees and similar charges are not included unless expressly
stated. These charges remain the customer’s responsibility. Customs
inspections and clearance delays are beyond our control. Where an
international shipment is refused because duties or taxes are unpaid,
any refund may be reduced by outbound shipping, return shipping, customs
charges and carrier costs where permitted by law.

SECTION 11 – RETURNS

Please refer to our Returns Policy. Where products are handmade to the
customer’s chosen size, fabric or specification, cancellation rights may
not apply under applicable UK consumer legislation. Nothing in these
Terms affects statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 12 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We
are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

SECTION 13 – CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Any reviews, photographs or feedback submitted may be used by us for
marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. You confirm that you own or
have permission to share any content submitted.

SECTION 14 – PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 15 – ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes,
availability information or product descriptions without prior notice.

SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES

You must not misuse this website, upload malicious software, interfere
with website security, scrape content, copy product listings without
permission or engage in fraudulent activity.

SECTION 17 – LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be
excluded. Subject to applicable law, our liability shall not exceed the
purchase price paid for the affected order.

SECTION 18 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, logos, artwork, graphics, product descriptions and
website content remain the intellectual property of Perfect Cushions UK.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written

SECTION 19 – FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events
beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, fire, flooding,
industrial action, transport disruption, postal delays, supplier
shortages, customs inspections, pandemics, cyber incidents, power
failures or government restrictions.

SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms together with our published policies constitute the entire
agreement between you and Perfect Cushions UK relating to purchases made
through this website.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The
courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction except
where consumer law provides otherwise.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
