Q. What if there isn't a size available on the website?
A. If the size is not available please contact me through instagram or email me at info@perfectcushionsuk.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Q. Do you sell the inserts/infills to go with the covers?
A. Unfortunately we do not sell the inserts as we find it slows our speed of dispatching our items, you can however purchase the inserts from a company harryjohn.co.uk where they sell luxury French feathers inserts.
Q. Which service is used for delivering ?
A. We use Royal mail and everything is sent using a the tracking service.
Q. Do you ship International ?
A. Yes we ship worldwide, check shipping rates during checkout.
Q. Can you sell a small amount of fabric for a small project I'm working on?
A. Yes we can sell a small amount if the fabric is available.
Q. I have ordered the small size, is there anyway i can exchange for a larger size?
A. We strongly recommend the order is checked before making a purchase, we can however exchange if you can email us, info@perfectcushionsuk.com details are in the contact us page. make sure to contact us within 7 days the item is received otherwise we wont able to.
In the case of an exchange, the customer is liable to pay for all shipping costs.
