Returns and Refunds

Generally speaking, we do not accept returns on any of our items as they are custom made to order. We are a small family business, and it would not be feasible to run otherwise.

If you are unsure about the colour before your purchase, please purchase some samples to see what will fit best in your room.

In the rare event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please send an email to us at : info@perfectcushionsuk.com with an attached image showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving your item. Returns will not be accepted after this period. 

Dispatch Times

We will try to dispatch your items within 2-5 working days. If you have not received a notification within this time, then please contact us on the email above.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes and are not paid by Perfect Cushions UK. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
